Maybe you would like to go to the cinema. You could say the following:

WE COULD go to the cinema.
WHY DON'T WE go to the cinema.

These phrases are often used for sentence transformation exercises.

Exercises:

Give some advice about smoking.

If you wanted to suggest going by taxi, you could say,
